I would like to book one of your vehicles with a chauffeur. What is the procedure to follow ?

To rent one of our Paris Best Way vehicles with a chauffeur, simply :

What are your office and service hours ?

- We are available every day from 9am to 7pm.
- Outside these hours, a standby service number is at your disposal on our voicemail.
- Our chauffered car rental service is available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

How long in advance should I make my reservation ?

You can book your transfer up to 24 hours before disposal. For the outings and in order to ensure our vehicles are available, we recommend you book at least 3 days prior to the service. Any last minute request shall be treated as well as it can.

How can I pay for my reservation ?

All bookings are payable in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), cheque or bank transfer.

How do I know that my reservation is taken in account?

A confirmation email is sent by our sales team. You can then print your reservation confirmation. This voucher (or exchange voucher) should be delivered to the driver on the day of the service provision.

What is availability ?

It is a vehicle and a driver at your disposal for your medium or long duration trips, for a program of your choice (shopping, a meeting etc).

How do I recognize my driver at the airport ?

Your Paris Best Way chauffeur will meet you at the luggage exit of your arrival hall, with a sign bearing your name.

How do I know the scheduled pick-up time for my departure to the airport ?

From Paris your chauffeur fetches you 3 hours before the plane takes off (counting in general a 1-hour trip to the airport and 2 hours to check in). This schedule is indicated on your confirmation voucher. It may be adjustable, depending on the circumstances.

What if my plane is late ?

We are at your service and it's our job to stick to the arrival time of your flight. We wait and look out for your up to 1h after your flight has landed

If my train is delayed ?

We are at your service and it's our job to stick to the arrival time of your train. We will wait and look out for you 30 min after your train has entered the station.

In case of delay due to luggage or change of flight, what should I do ?

If you have changed flight or if you have a luggage concern, it is important to quickly warn us, so that we can anticipate in order to bring you entire satisfaction.

How much luggage can I bring ?

It depends on the person and the type of the vehicle you have reserved. Generally you can bring a medium-sized suitcase and a carry-on bag per person. If you have more luggage, inform us by contacting our reservation service and we will suggest the most suitable vehicle.

Do you provide baby seats ?

Yes, we provide seats for less than two year-olds that you can hire as an optional extra. Please report your needs when you book.

I would like to hire an English speaking driver. Is this possible? What do you offer for clients speaking other languages ?

Our Paris Best Way chauffeurs are all French/English bilinguals. However, if you need a driver that speaks an extra language, you should place a request in advance: we will make every possible effort to meet your needs.

Are your vehicles non-smoking ? Are they air-conditioned, are they leathered inside ?

Yes, our vehicles are "non-smoking", air-conditioned and leathered.

I need minibus with a driver and equipped with a microphone for a guided tour.

Most of our coaches and minibuses have a microphone for you and/or the guide and for your comfort.

I'm planning a trip with my friends and we have a lot of luggage. Are your minivans spacious enough to carry 7 passengers with 7 suitcases ?

To ensure optimal comfort, Paris Best Way's minibus range provides a Volkswagen Caravelle or a Mercedes Viano, both appropriate for this request. The chests of our vehicles are spacious.

Should I tip the chauffeur ?

Tipping is not mandatory and is left to the discretion of the customer.
