GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
PARIS BEST WAY (hereafter referred to as " Parisbestway.com "), operates this website, whose main purpose is the sale of services in the area of renting vehicles with drivers.
Every Parisbestway.com customer must be capable of legally entering into a contract and must be an adult.
The present general terms of sale and use (hereafter referred to as "the General Terms or Sale") apply to the offered services.
Every Parisbestway.com customer must read the present General Terms of Sale before placing an order.
Parisbestway.com hereby reserves the right to modify the General Terms of Sale at any time.
ARTICLE 1 : DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
"Customer" refers to any person making a reservation on the Parisbestway.com website.
"Passenger" refers to any recipient of the transportation service.
Parisbestway.com enables you to reserve a vehicle with a chauffeur for all your tranfers from point A to B in Paris and the Paris region, France, and Europe (leaving from Paris).
Parisbestway.com offers 3 main types of transportation services :
- The Private Transfer service (airport, train station, hotel, home, etc.) : this is a transportation service whose departure and arrival location are filled in and defined by the Customer beforehand.
- The Vehicle provision: this transportation service enables the Passenger to benefit from Paris Best Way services (car with driver) over a time range defined by the Passenger.
- The Sightseeing Tour service: this service enables the Passenger to discover a region or tourist site following an itinerary and program established beforehand by Paris Best Way.
ARTICLE 2 : ONLINE RESERVATION TERMS
To reserve one or more transportation services offered by Parisbestway.com, the Customer agrees to have read and understood the details of the offer and practical information before confirming the reservation and is prompted to follow the steps below :
- Selecton of the transportation service(s).
- Calculation of the price (online quote)
- Choice of the vehicle
- Number of passengers and their names
- Selection of pick-up and drop-off locations
- Summary of information
- Verification of personal information (billing address, Last name, First name etc.)
ARTICLE 3 : PRICING
Prices are established following current economic conditions, schedules and the type of service selected. They may change at any time.
Any change to the elements selected to establish the price by the Passenger on the day of the service may result in the application of a different price (e.g., increase in number of passengers, extended service duration, additional mileage, destination change, etc.).
A tip to the driver is not mandatory and left to the Passenger's discretion.
ARTICLE 4 : CANCELLATION TERMS
Any service cancellation request must be sent at least 72 hours prior to the service beginning date by telephone, email, or fax, to the Paris Best Way sales department, the contact information for which is on the Parisbestway.com website.
In the event of a cancelation 48 hours before the start of the service, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation will be requested. This amount is brought to 100% in the event of a cancelation 24 hours before the beginning of the service.
ARTICLE 5 : TRANSPORTATION TERMS
Paris Best Way staff hereby agrees to receive passengers in accordance with the aforementioned terms specified in the practical information for each service, available at Parisbestway.com.
All vehicles proposed are strictly non-smoking in application of the September 17, 1977 law.
Animals are not allowed in the vehicles.
If the selected vehicle is unavailable, Paris Best Way hereby reserves the right to provide the Passenger with a vehicle of the same category or a higher category.
Paris Best Way staff hereby reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person deemed inappropriate (e.g. intoxicated, verbally or physically violent, etc.), which may result in unsafe conditions for all persons traveling in the vehicle as well as other roadway users.
The transportation services reserved on Parisbestway.com are performed by a personal transportation company, holding the licenses, authorizations, and/or certificates of aptitude provided for by the regulations specific to this activity, and supporting the safety obligations regarding the persons transported.
For any service, Paris Best Way hereby agrees that vehicles used will be in a state of total working order and cleanliness.
ARTICLE 6 : RESPONSIBILITES
Paris Best Way may not be held liable in the event of :
- stolen, lost, or forgotten personal belongings and baggage left in vehicles.
- driver delay due to special conditions (e.g.: strikes, demonstrations, weather conditions, major traffic difficulties)
The Passenger must make sure of being in possession of a current ID before entering the vehicle.
Paris Best Way hereby reserves the right to cancel or modify the services with no obligation to give notice if the comfort and/or safety of the Passenger require so.

Only claims received within eight days following the performance of the transportation service shall be taken into consideration.
ARTICLE 8 : CONFIDENTIALITY
Paris Best Way hereby agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the Customer on this website in accordance with France's Computers and Freedoms Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
In this capacity, Paris Best Way hereby agrees not to disclose to third parties the personal information provided by the User on this website and to use said information for processing the reservation only.
In accordance with France's Computers and Freedoms Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Customer is entitled to access, change, correct and delete personal data about them.by sending his/her request to the Paris Best Way customer service.
